Organic Maids holds the right to use subcontractors to perform cleanings and tasks. All employees or contractors go though the same hiring process including, but not limited to, a criminal background check and an in-person interview. For the safety of you and our team we may require contractors to wear a uniform or name tag so that all parties are aware of who is entering residences and offices.
Organic Maids has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Organic Maids of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Organic Maids web site shall be governed by the laws of the Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All Booked Cleaning CANCELLATIONS
If you have a booked appointment with us we ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you have to cancel your appointment within that time there will be a $35 fee.
If you cancel within 3 hours of your scheduled cleaning time you will be charged 50% of the booked amount.
If you cancel while the cleaners are there or we are locked out you will be charged for the full amount booked.
Recurring Clients on a Monthly, Weekly or Bi-weekly schedule
We do not have residential contracts so if you are on regular cleaning schedule with us we can augment or cancel the schedule anytime. However, you will be charged back for the recurring service discount on all performed cleanings if canceled within the same month of booking.
A simple policy that everyone can understand
It is crucial that you pick up clutter from the rooms you want us to clean before we show up! We are there to do our job at the highest standard that we can. The reason we don’t clean around excessive clutter is because it is very easy to miss areas as well as there is significantly higher chance of us breaking something or misplacing your things.
If a room has enough clutter to cover the floor we will not be able to clean that room.
If half the rooms in your come are covered in clutter, we will have to phone the office and get a manager involved. In most cases this will result in rescheduling or canceling your cleaning.
We cannot clean while someone moves clutter around for us, and we cannot move excessive clutter ourselves.
The first time we have to reschedule your cleaning there will be no penalty, if we have to cancel your cleaning due to clutter and you are unwilling, or unable to reschedule, you will be charged according to your cancellation policy.

ANY ACTION BY CLIENT ALLEGING DAMAGES OF THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE WEEK FROM THE ALLEGED DAMAGE.
