Redemption: To redeem your gift certificate and schedule your cleaning service, please contact Organic Maids at (720) 477-7272. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST. You will need to provide your gift certificate number at the time of booking and present the certificate at the time of service.
Service Area: Gift certificates are valid only for services performed within our service area, which includes most of the greater Denver metropolitan region and surrounding communities. Please contact our office to confirm service availability in your location.
Service Scope and Limitations:
- Supplies: Our cleaning professionals will arrive with all necessary cleaning supplies. However, we are happy to use any preferred products you provide.
- Service Time: The total cleaning time is determined by the value of the gift certificate. We will collaborate with you to create a prioritized cleaning plan to ensure your satisfaction.
- Home Preparation: To ensure the most efficient and effective cleaning, we kindly request that your home be prepared for our services. Our team does not provide organizational or tidying services. If the home is not accessible or ready for cleaning upon our arrival, we reserve the right to reschedule the service.
Value and Additional Services:
- Cash Value: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and no change will be issued for unused value.
- Promotional Offers: Gift certificates may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
- Additional Time: Should you require additional cleaning time beyond the value of your gift certificate, it may be purchased at our standard hourly rate.
Expiration: Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will expire after this period. We recommend scheduling your service well in advance to ensure availability.
Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates: Organic Maids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates. Treat your gift certificate as you would cash. In the event of loss or theft, a replacement certificate may be issued at our discretion upon presentation of proof of purchase.
Refunds and Transferability: Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be issued for unused balances. Gift certificates may only be redeemed by the named recipient or an authorized member of their household.
Scheduling: All cleaning services must be scheduled during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST). We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred service date and time based on availability.
Changes to Terms: Organic Maids reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and communicated to gift certificate holders upon request. Continued use of a gift certificate following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
